In the printed copy of every GEPCO bill, the reference number and consumer ID are provided. They are usually printed in the first column on the left, below the cell labeled ‘Connection Date.’ For better clarity, a sample bill is duly labeled and provided below.

- Locate your 14-digit reference number or 10-digit customer ID.
- Enter your reference number in the reference number input field and press the ‘Search’ button. Alternatively, enter your 10-digit customer ID in the customer ID input field and press the ‘Search’ button.
- After clicking the ‘Search’ button, you will get your latest GEPCO bill or duplicate bill.
- Once the bill is displayed, you can easily download or print it.
Note: There is no difference between the GEPCO Bill and the Duplicate GEPCO Bill.

Please be careful while checking the due date, as there are currently more than one due date in practice. If you miss the first due date, a smaller late payment surcharge will apply, while missing the second due date will result in a heavier surcharge.
Note: In general practice, you are required to pay your GEPCO bill without a late fee surcharge within 10 days after the issuance of the bill by GEPCO.
